Refund & Return Policy

Effective date: September 23, 2026

1. Standard Retail Products

For eligible non-custom retail products, you may request a return within 30 days after delivery. Merchandise must generally be unworn, unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and packaging where applicable.

2. Custom and Personalized Products

Custom, personalized, made-to-order, printed, pressed, patched, or specially produced products are final sale and are not returnable or refundable unless there is a verified manufacturing defect or Mad Monkey made an error in producing the approved order.

3. Customer-Approved Artwork

Differences resulting from customer-supplied artwork, approved proofs, submitted instructions, sizing choices, or normal characteristics of the chosen production process are not automatically considered manufacturing defects.

4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from what Mad Monkey was responsible for supplying, contact us within 10 days after delivery with the order number and clear photos. If confirmed, we may provide a replacement, repair, refund, or other appropriate remedy.

5. Sale and Final-Sale Products

Products marked Final Sale, clearance, or otherwise expressly identified as non-returnable are not eligible for return except where required by law.

6. Exchanges

Eligible exchanges are subject to inventory availability. Customers may be responsible for return and replacement shipping costs unless the exchange is caused by a confirmed Mad Monkey error or defect.

7. Refund Method

Approved refunds are normally returned to the original method of payment. Processing time may vary by bank, payment processor, or platform.

8. Original Shipping Charges

Original shipping or delivery charges are generally non-refundable unless the return results from a confirmed Mad Monkey error or defect.

9. Order Cancellations

We will make reasonable efforts to honor cancellation requests received before an order enters production or fulfillment. Custom orders generally cannot be canceled once production has begun.

10. Marketplace Orders

Orders placed through TikTok Shop or another marketplace may also be subject to that marketplace’s return workflow and deadlines. Where platform rules apply, those procedures may control the return process.
