Shipping Policy

1. Processing Time

Ready-to-ship products are processed as quickly as reasonably possible. Custom, made-to-order, or wholesale orders require additional production time. Any quoted production time is separate from carrier transit time unless expressly stated otherwise.

2. Shipping Rates

Shipping charges are calculated or displayed at checkout where applicable. Rates may vary by destination, package size, weight, carrier, and service level.

3. Delivery Estimates

Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly guaranteed in writing. Carrier delays, weather, peak-season volume, customs, or events outside our control may affect delivery.

4. Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Additional charges caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses may be the customer’s responsibility where permitted by law.

5. Tracking

When tracking is available, it may be sent by email, displayed in your account, or provided through the applicable marketplace or carrier.

6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Contact us promptly if a shipment appears lost, arrives damaged, or shows an unusual delivery issue. We may request photographs, packaging, tracking details, or carrier documentation to investigate.

7. Local Pickup

If local pickup is offered, pickup instructions, identification requirements, and availability will be provided with the order. Do not arrive for pickup until you have received confirmation that the order is ready.

8. Marketplace Orders

Orders placed through TikTok Shop or another marketplace may use marketplace-generated labels, carrier rules, or fulfillment requirements. Those platform procedures may apply in addition to this Policy.
